The vibration-damped pier is embedded in a concrete foundation. There is a power supply for the mount and for notebooks. A table with chairs is provided for your notebook, accessories, photographic equipment, star charts etc.
Situated within 80 m are the sliding-roof C11 and Starfire 130 observatories, the G11 pier and sites for the Dobsonian telescopes. You will have plenty of space around you but might not be completely alone during your nightly sessions.
