Three vibration-damped piers firmly set in concrete foundations in the open air. As standard they are fitted with adapters for mounts of the GP/GP-DX type. You can find the connection measurements here. We might already have a suitable adapter for your mount or be able to make one for you. Electrical connections are available for the mounts as well as for your laptop if required.
Situated within 80 m are the sliding-roof C11 and Starfire 130 observatories, the G11 pier and sites for the Dobsonian telescopes. You will have plenty of space around you but might not be completely alone during your nightly sessions.
