14" Dobsonian

The dobsonian family in Tivoli is stil growing. Thomas left his 14" f/5, 355mm dobsonian for our visual astronomers.


14" truss tube Dobsonian, light-weight, from Astrooptik Martini with HILUX-mirror made of Suprax, 96% coating and a Strehl of 0.95. Focal length is 1780 mm, focal ratio f / 5.0. Equipped with built-in filter pivot system for 2" filters and an additional Telrad finder.

The renter supplies their own finder and eyepieces.
