Stage 4

On Monday 29. June 2020, 13 regions with the exception of the Erongo Region, will transition from Stage 3 to Stage 4 until 17. September 2020, for an extended 10-week period.

Points of Entry remain closed. The Namibian Government will conduct a targeted Tourism initiative from 15. July to 15. August 2020 in collaboration with the private sector.

As from 30. June 2020, all Namibians & Non-Namibians entering the country must submit to a COVID19 PCR test on arrival and mandatory, Government supervised Quarantine, at own cost.

All Non-Namibians must present a negative COVID19 PCR test result, valid for 72 hours before entering Namibia.

The targeted International Tourism revival initiative, to be tried between 15 July - 15 August 2020, will accommodate a limited number of tourists from a carefully selected market on the basis of its epidemiological profile.

All tourists must submit to mandatory, 14-day quarantine at a Government certified establishment, at own cost.
